Job Description : Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine
Media Manager Summary of Position: The Media Manger is responsible for the planning and coordination of production and workflow management of all Noorda-COM internal video projects. The Media Manager works closely with the Multimedia Producer, Video editor, Social Media team, Faculty, Students as well as other groups across the college to ensure all aspects of video projects are produced on time and to expectation.
Responsibilities:

Manage day to day workflow of video projects

Create and manage video project schedules to completion

Work in tandem with the video team to identify and manage on camera talent while ensuring all talent meets project concept and objectives

Work in tandem with the video team to identify and manage all aspects of shooting locations including ensuring that all logistics and legal requirements are met

Ensure all talent and location release forms are secured and properly archived for all productions

Update internal client status reports as needed

Participate in project intake and debrief meetings

Assess, strategize, and concept video project requests collaboratively with the other video team members

Live video streaming

Point of contact for internal and external communications related to video projects

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job duties and responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice

Software/Hardware Qualifications:

Canon C300
Canon 5D Mk IV

Teleprompter

Green screen

Adobe Creative Suite including: Premier, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Audition

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Video Production, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related degree.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia production.

Preferred Qualifications:

Is a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Displays strong attention to detail, organization and file management skills

This position requires superior communication both written and verbal with strong organizational skills

Is a true collaborator who can build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Ability to work in a face-paced data-driven organization with strong public speaking skills, knowledge of social media platforms, broadcast productions, and partnerships with external video production companies

Knowledge of video production and post-production

Experience in producing videos, casting talent, and securing locations

Ability to film and edit video content

Ability to record and edit audio content

Must be eligible to work in the United States
