Job Description : Equivalent Experience

Description:
Aerotek’s client is looking to hire Medical Assemblers in their heart surgery plastics department. Assemblers will be at a sitting or standing work station, following written instructions, and using hand tools and microscopes to assemble the small plastic parts. Assemblers will be required to document their processes and quality check products. They will be working in a clean room environment (dressing in lab coats, hair net, gloves, safety glasses, mask, and shoe covers.) The facility is state of the art, clean, safe, and temperature controlled. The company is growing so there is opportunity to move up into a line lead, machine operator, or into various departments.

Location:
Salt Lake City, UT

Shift:
Mon-Fri; 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay:
$20/hr

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to read and write in English
Must be comfortable in a clean room environment (dressing in lab coats, hair net, beard net, gloves, safety glasses, mask, and shoe covers)
Must be comfortable working under a microscope
Previous medical device assembly experience preferred
Hand tool experience preferred
