POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Member Services Reps play a critical role in delivering quality, timely responses to member inquiries via email. In this role you will respond to membership inquiries, troubleshoot and assist with billing questions, and process transactions as well as cancellations as needed. This is a work from home opportunity and is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and solutions oriented. This is a full-time, hourly position and is benefits eligible!
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in customer service. Friendly email etiquette, clear communication skills. Must be self-motivated, solutions oriented, and have attention to detail. Ability to demonstrated compassion and to maintain professional demeanor at all times. Ability to learn our basic member tracking and billing system. Excel skills preferred.
