Our team’s success is not measured by sales quotas or closing percentages like many other organizations but simply on the incremental steps leading to the proper fit & sale of any customer’s new motorcycle and then building long-term, meaningful customer relationships.
Primary duties of a Fit Specialist:

Fit customers to their new Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Build customer rapport thru professional phone & electronic outreach
Enjoy & promote positive people interactions with all customers
Build & Maintain customer relationships through all forms of professional communication
Demonstrate knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles features & benefits (learned)
Team player exhibiting learned skills to work toward common goals
Positive Enthusiasm in your work

Requirements and Skills of a Fit Specialist:

Passion for Motorcycles and Powersports
Computer skills
Professional communication skills (verbal, electronic)
Self-Motivation and Enthusiastic Personality
A valid driver’s license

The “Fit Specialist” position is a full-time, base + commission pay structure.
No formal sales experience is necessary to apply.
We provide all new hires with motorcycle sales specific, in-depth, professional training to all that will build your confidence & knowledge helping achieve great success & job satisfaction.
Motorcycle riding experience and a valid endorsement is desired but not necessary if you are passionate about becoming a motorcyclist…we can help you get there with our Rider Training.

Physical Factors/Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Moving & ultimately riding motorcycles around the facility.
