Night Shift 4pm-2:30am M-F plus a $2/hr night differential pay if you are working a night shift

Our Galvanizing Labor position requires a person who is highly motivated, solves problems quickly, has the ability to multitask and is responsible and efficient. You will need to work efficiently with little to no supervision. You must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a willingness and desire to be and work as a team player at all times. Strong Communication skills is required. You must be able to demonstrate consistent dependability and punctuality and you must be a self directed team lead.
Responsibilities
Must be able to lift up to 75lb consistently. This position is primarily loading and unloading racks of product
Needs to be able to learn and manipulate industrial equipment and machinery
Must meet high quality standards of production in a timely and efficient manner
Will be required to help in various project and jobs that may or may not be a standard product that has been produced before.
Must be willing and able to adapt and adjust to all labor needs and support needs of the department
Must be able to work as a team with all co-workers assigned to the work area
. Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Lifting-75lbs 60% of the time.
Lift 60 lbs. 60% of the time.
Standing 90% of the time
Walking 80% of the time.
Environment
Job requires outdoor work and indoor in all weather conditions with extreme temperatures. Majority of work is done outdoors.
