Job description:
YBA Shirts provides apparel and promotional items to businesses and sports organizations throughout the country. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with an interest in the latest fashion trends. We are looking for a great multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist our sales and leadership group by handling office tasks, interacting with internal team and external customers in a polite and professional manner via phone and email, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. We are looking for someone with integrity, exceptional attention to detail and great people skills. This can be a full-time or part-time position.
Requirements:
High school graduate plus 2 years related office experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Detail-Oriented
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and pull together projects
Team player
Takes initiative
Open and attentive to all customers’ individual style.
Study industry trends to determine apparel designs that are unique and trending
Proficient with internet research
Project management
Verbal & Written Communication skills
Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work
