Job Description
Howard, Lewis & Petersen was established in 1950, and is one of Utah’s premier law firms. It is located in Provo, Utah.
The office administrator will fill various roles which include human resources, payroll, benefits, marketing, building management, and accounting. Basic managerial, accounting, and HR skills required.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist law firm management in the day-to-day operations of the office
Manage employee benefits
Manage employee time, attendance, and payroll
Manage client files
Assist accounting team with monthly and annual reports
Oversee office equipment needs
Administer HR functions
Oversee building maintenance and office supply inventory
Provide administrative and staff support
Qualifications
Discretion and confidentiality
Bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of, or strong aptitude to learn PCLaw, TimeMatters, WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Positive attitude
Independent learner
Effective communicator
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
