Job Description : As an administrative assistant for IES Custom Staffing you will be responsible for ensuring those in need of a job are placed into the right position with one of the several employers in the area that we network with to begin to build a strong employment record. Finding the right people for the job is an essential part of keeping our customers happy. Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities Include

Receive and promptly respond to the client (client: business(s) that we have partnered with to fulfill open positions) email communications.
Communicate client needs to the office staff in a manner that initiates swift action to fill those needs
Learn and internalize the hiring requirements for all of our major clients in order to ensure that the entire team is in compliance with those hiring requirements throughout their recruiting efforts
Build and maintain an effective working relationship with major client contacts by practicing excellent communication and follow-up principles set in place by IES Senior Management.
Act as an office facilitator by ensuring the staffing team stays on task. To do this you must lead by example and participate in each operational task as well

Key Characteristics of the Perfect Candidate for this Position

Having supervisory experience in a processing facility is helpful but not required.
Being Bilingual is a plus
Experience in a blue-collar industry a significant plus. For example, production, manufacturing, industrial and agricultural fields.
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service setting
Experience with computer-centric work, for example: using spreadsheets to keep track of things like schedules, orders, ID numbers, etc, communicating using email, sending attachments in emails, creating and managing electronic calendar events, and using inventory tracking software or something similar.
Previous management experience is a plus.
