Job Description : We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, reliability, and communication.. Office manager duties and responsibilities include not only the below responsibilities but also being an A-player that can support our team, be proactive, and promote our company culture. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, tracking, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities

Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Update and maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Ensure office equipment is maintained, solve software and hardware issues as needed
Accurately gathering and effective reporting of data for the management team
Ensure that all items are invoiced accurately and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Assist in locating and onboarding for new hires
Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Plan in-house or off-site lunches, activities, company parties, and team outings

Skills

Proven experience as an Office Manager, or an Administrative Assistant, is required
Knowledge of Office Manager responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. computers and printers)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Position hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a one hour lunch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
