Job Description : Epic 4X4 Adventures, an adventure tour operator in Moab, Utah is looking for an organized and detail oriented operations manager and tour coordinator.
The Operations Manager’s job is to ensure sales and service activity support the company’s overall strategy and goals. This will be achieved by overseeing the day-to-day operations including fleet readiness for tours, customer service and sales, lot and office presentation and day-to-day guide oversight.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure fleet is properly prepared for all tour departures.
Ensure lot and office are maintained, organized, and cleaned to present well to all guests.
Ensure customer service and sales are best in class.
Ensure all gear, equipment and supplies are on-hand, clean and properly operating for tours and operational needs.
Identify and develop opportunities to increase sales and improve customer service and make recommendations to Owners.
Act as liaison between guides and owners for operational questions or concerns.
Maintain sales and service reporting for Owners.
Make timely reporting of concerns that impact our ability to achieve our goals in sales and service.
Be an expert on the competition.
Be an active advocate for the company in the community visiting our referral partners and talking with visitors when you are out in the community.
Monitor website for up to date and relevant information that supports our sales and service goals.

Qualifications:

2 Years Experience in Customer Service/Tourism/Hospitality Industry
2 Years Management Experience
Solid Leadership Skills
Effective Communication Skills
Must be detail oriented and organized
Effective Sales/Closing Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Moab, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
