Job Description : Currently seeking an office/ personal assistant to manage the following:
– Incoming/ Outgoing Phone Calls- QuickBooks- AP/ AR Basic Entries- Data/ Document Filing- Customer Invoicing/ Collections- Customer/ Vendor Relations via Email and Phone- Project Follow Up/ Progress Reporting- Client/ Employee Scheduling- Customer Satisfaction/ Company Review Processes- Office Cleanliness/ Organization- Personal/ Business Errand/ Task Completion- Project Research/ Business Practice Updates
Must have excellent communication and phone presence.Be self motivated with a positive attitude.Must have a professional appearance.Early mornings are required starting at 7AM during busy months.
Pay $14 to $18/hr depending on skills, performance and experience.

8 hour shift

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
