*Responsibilities: *

Ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation.
Have general knowledge of all departments.
Select, train, retain, and supervise all Point of Sale, Indoor Attractions, and Outdoor Attractions employees.
Develop employee leadership
Oversee monthly Leadership meetings.
Oversee monthly Safety meetings.
Create weekly employee schedules and meet labor cost goals.
Create weekly revenue reports.
Perform daily deposits.
Secure all storage and cash handling areas to minimize risk and loss.
Create a weekly attendance report.
Perform attraction/game audits to ensure quality service.
Coordinate with Executive team to ensure smooth operation of banquets, corporate outings, and group outings.
Participate in monthly Peer Team calls.
Oversee revenue boosting competitions.
Drive sales and control cost.
Obtain relevant attraction certifications.
Meet/uphold state and local attraction operating guidelines.
Oversee merchandise/prize counter; including purchasing, inventory, displaying, maintaining COS goals.

*Requirements: *Experience Required:

Minimum of 3+ years management experience.
Entertainment Manager experience.
Must be a minimum of 21+ years of age.
A proven ability to supervise effectively.
Ability to lead others to success.

Have the ability to make responsible decisions.
Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate.
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, stressful environment.
Willingness to work in other areas of operation.
Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness and ability to work with young adults.
