Inside Sales Representative…Responsibilities: – Take inbound calls quickly and professionally- Manage the call in a proficient and timely process- Track all call related information- Provide feedback on call issues- Upsell on calls

Inside Sales Representative…We Expect: – HS diploma or GED- Integrity in your work habits- Proficiency in PC operations and navigation- Ability to work independently- Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections, and strive to improve your skills and sales performance- Resilience and courage in the face of failure- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and results driven- Ability to communicate easily with customers and maintain a strong phone presence- Ability to fully understand products and communicate features and benefits during the sales process
