Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in program, project, or partner management in relevant markets and fields (e.g., mobility, technology, etc).
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:

MBA or equivalent practical experience in consulting, product management, software engineering or automotive industry.
Detail-oriented and results driven with problem solving skills.
Ability to understand, clarify, and summarize complex products and issues from a technical, strategic, and partner perspective.
Ability to work within cross-functional teams, including multi-level business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with executive management.
About the job
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you’ll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You’ll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.

As a part of Global Partnerships, you will work with the Android Automotive/Google Automotive Services Partnerships team, being knowledgable of Google’s automotive products. Our mission is to bring drivers and passengers a connected experience in every car. As a Product Business Specialist, you will collaborate with business stakeholders at automakers and automotive suppliers to understand their business and technical needs and share product expertise. You will work with internal stakeholders advising on product requirements, ecosystem opportunities, overall strategy, and program development to help increase adoption of Android and Google services in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
Establish partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to craft, execute, and evolve our go-to-market approach.
Drive broad adoption of Android/Google services across the automotive industry, taking an industry-wide view to identify obstacles and opportunities for adoption in pitches and negotiations.
Create and drive presentations, white papers, and case studies, ensuring a timely industry adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analyses, and communicate final recommendations.
Lead discrete special projects (e.g., market research initiatives, analyses, and external collaborations).
