Job Description : Product Support Manager Overview of Position This position will be responsible for leading a group of highly skilled technical support analysts located remotely all over the nation and reports to the Director of RCM services. Your top priority will be to interpret data, coach, mentor and lead team members with the ultimate goal of driving improvements in Change Healthcare’s products and services through collaborations with Change Healthcare teams. The DirectCare team is a group residing within Technical Support, responsible for delighting customers through Change Healthcare’s most critical junctures via internal & external management of technical resolution, communications, and deliverables.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Grooming and supporting a team of 10-12 Direct Care Analysts via biweekly one on one meetings, quarterly OKR reviews, and daily coaching
Defining team OKRs and customer-focused priorities
Serve as point of escalation for more complex client needs
Manage departmental budget and software licenses
What are the requirements needed for this position?
3+ years’ experience in management
1+ years in IT or technical customer care role
Fluency in MS Excel
Demonstrable experience in creative problem-solving
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Healthcare IT industry experience
HFMA Certifications a plus
Budget oversight experience
Courage to lead and make decisions in the midst of ambiguity
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General Office Demands
How much should I expect to travel?
Up to 25%
