Job Description : Direct Hire Positions for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.First shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pmSecond shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pmThird shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:00 amStarting Pay- $16.00/hr + $1.25 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftMedical, dental, vision benefits start on day one!Job Description: Ensure the production of the internal or external customers demands according to the EHS, People Contribution, Quality, Delivery, Production Control, and Equipment Efficiency standards.Key Accountabilities:Adhere to all applicable EHS processes while performing job duties in Constellium manufacturing facilityLoad and unload machines (CNC, Weld Cell, Assembly, Press, and Saw) with raw material and WIP for operation and store in proper place in plantPerform all necessary pre-start tasks necessary to run daily production. Tasks may include: operator & poke yoke daily check sheets, visual inspection of oil levels, air pressure checks and toolingReport all safety, maintenance, engineering, quality and logistic issues to Supervisor or Process Engineer immediatelyClean production operation & work area daily/weekly and support Constellium’s world-class lean manufacturing environmentRequired to lift, push, or pull up to 25 poundsActively perform hourly part checks, follow Red Bin procedures, and report non-conformities to Supervisor or shift quality representative immediatelyBecome a member of a very dynamic team orientated world-class operationLeadership competencies, technical skills requirements:Must have High School Diploma or GED or a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to pass a background check, drug test, and pre employment examMust have a valid driver’s licenseFollow TS 16949 requirementsPerform duties according to ISO 14001 procedures and environmental policies.Position location is in Van Buren Township, Michigan, United States.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Machine Operators: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
