Position : Production Operator
Job Description : VMN Liquids is one of the nation’s premier liquid supplement contract manufacturers. We specialize in the development and production of functional juices, beverages, and essential oils. Our experienced researchers use approved processes to take product concepts to finished products. VMN Liquids is currently hiring a Packout Operator to package finished goods according to batch record. We are seeking a candidate that will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, is energetic, and is extremely punctual. At VMN Liquids, we pride ourselves on promoting from within and are constantly looking for candidates that want career growth.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm
Some Fridays (required overtime)
Hourly Wage:
Starting at $12.00/hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
Package finished goods according to batch record.
Unload and dry bottles from cooling tunnel.
Sleeve bottles, work with tamper evidence shrinks, and label machine operation.
Pack out finished products with or without other components such as syringes, orifice reducers, or other packaging components.
Inspect product to conformance to batch record specifications.
Operate date coder and seal cartons into packs.
Pack product out into master shippers.
Palletize master shippers and operate shrink wrapper.
Conduct sanitization duties of packaging equipment before and after use.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in compounding preferred but not required (On the job training is supplied and required).
Prior knowledge of cGMP is helpful but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift over 30 lbs.
Must be able to withstand long periods of standing in one place and extreme temperatures.
Visual acuity required is the minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with visual inspection involving small defects, handling small parts, operation of simple machines,
