You support our team as
Program Buyer
Responsibilities

Define single PO, Tool PO, and Scheduling Agreements in ERP System.
PO for prototypes, samples, serial and spare parts.
Transfer projects to Logistics and Supplier Quality.
RFQ processing.
Analysis and evaluation of supplier quotations.
Cost estimates.
Selection of series suppliers together with Purchasing Manager/Commodity Manager.
Troubleshooting/Support of Logistics and SQA.
Responsible for optimized product cost in close cooperation with development.
Cost evaluation, value analysis, and evaluation of alternative materials or production processes on product level.
Evaluation of technical and commercial feasibility of products.
Price negotiation on product level.
Invoice verification and release within the limits.
Compliance with Game Rules, signature directives, and Vibracoustic standards in Purchasing.
Preparation of relevant market data.
Preparation of presentations and reports (audits, visits, market data, etc.).
Availability and correct utilization of the ERP System for BA Purchasing.
Coordination of global projects within the SCM organization.
Qualifications

BS in technical or business field.
Three years’ experience in purchasing in automotive industry preferred.
Technical knowledge of Vibracoustic’s main commodities: compounds, stampings, aluminum die casting, tubes, extensions, etc.
Supply chain process experience.
Project management skills in automotive industry.
Quality management in automotive industry.
Negotiation skills
SAP experience
Strong presentation, organization, problem solving, and communication skills required.
