Our client seeks a dependable Property Accountant to join their Operations/ Accounting team in Lindon, Utah. This is an in-office position.

A Day in the Life of the Property Accountant
In this role, your responsibilities include:

Assisting with compiling monthly financial reports; managing Accounts Payable, Banking, Purchase Orders and all associated documentation and data entry
Assisting with tenant collections as needed
A variety of other Excel-related tracking and reporting functions
Supporting company leaders with scheduling meetings and general administrative tasks and activities
Answering phones, greeting and assisting clients and visitors
Assisting tenants and handling or directing customer service requests and issues to the appropriate people
Managing office communications, supplies, and related other tasks
Assisting property management team with all aspects of property management and administration
Lease administration and compliance
Insurance / COI management
Project managing logs and reservation systems for a variety of property related functions and advising leadership of action items in a timely manner
Monthly status reporting

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Yardi
Solid Excel skills
Experience in Commercial Property accounting
Results-driven, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understand and deliver great customer service to both clients and team members
