Job Description : The Marian Center is a 14 bed geriatric-psychiatric specialty hospital that provides short-term inpatient behavioral health services for the older adult. For over 18 years, we have been committed to providing high-quality psychiatric services to a vulnerable population.
The Marian Center is part of a large national company which provides caring and individualized services to the older patient. We are looking for a Psychiatric Technician to join our team who can:
Provide direct patient care in a Behavioral Health setting to our older adult population.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in a patient’s condition.
Assist with behavioral interventions.
Communicate with your RN about changes in patient’s clinical condition.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Current CNA or EMT licensure in the State of Utah.
BLS Certification (CPR) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association AHA Healthcare Provider is required.
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certified. Certification is offered for free to Marian Center employees.
12-hour shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
