What part will you play?
Collaborates with the QM-network and business accountable units to achieve quality business goals.
Ensures process definition, training implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System including process management.
Builds a bridge with Partner/Customer QMS and improves the process ecosystem
Executes the audit program and assessments.
Implements the global quality programs
Ensures governance and product risk management are established and tracked thoroughly along with compliance to product software safety standards
Experience in implementation and participated in at least one appraisal cycle of CMMi 2.0 or earlier versions
Use your skills to move the world forward
9-12 years of experience in Quality
Must have extensive experience in ISO 9001 implementation, preferably with exposure to either EN50128 or IEC 61508 standards
Must have extensive experience in CMMI and ISO 9001 implementation
Must have experience in process definition, governing the changes to QMS, establishing a working SEPG
Execute and conduct internal process audits
Must have experience in PLM process
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans and status reports.
Drives and coaches unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
Improve the Agile process implementation in teams, guide the teams in various Agile ceremonies and identify anti-patterns
Contributes to budget planning processes.
Ensures effective collaboration & communication with both internal and external stakeholders
