Job Description : The Quality Solutions Director will be accountable for the management and oversight of assigned projects, including both new product offerings as well as those that improve/expand current solutions. This position demonstrates an understanding of synergies across the healthcare sector, and how quality, risk and member engagement can align to support payer customers and leverages that knowledge through innovation and ideation supporting project initiatives. The Quality Solutions Director leverages internal, industry, and voice of customer dynamics in the project development, execution and recommendations; may manage and/or act as a key contributor to multiple concurrent projects to ensure deliverables to internal and external customers are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget. The Quality Solutions Director does not have direct reports but has significant influence and is recognized as a subject matter expert in relevant areas. In addition, this role is regularly accountable for execution and delivering results both directly and through influencing other individuals and work groups.

What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
Has a comprehensive knowledge of CHC customer needs, leads & participates meetings to fully understand the voice of the client in solution needs, feedback, and empathy interviewing
Responsible for documenting project scope and functionality requirements; works to create not only new solution ideations but also solutions that work to drive cost reduction, improve efficiencies in, or build upon current Government Services products & processes
Manages projects within the required framework and methodologies (including PDLC)
Leads and participates in meetings with internal customers, with clients and providers, conducts empathy interviews; builds relationships with and works closely with client leaders; presents CHC solutions and proposals
Ensures all operational elements of a product/solution are understood and designed to meet specifications; works collaboratively with internal operational and technical teams both within BU and across other CHC BUs
Participates in the strategic development & delivery of road maps & long-term project plans
Responsible for setting up, managing, and monitoring projects, betas and pilots within established framework
What are the requirements?
5+ years experience in quality, risk, and retrieval across the payer and provider sectors
7+ years strong project management experience, including development of project plans and demonstrating strong execution and on-time, on-budget delivery
NCQA, HEDIS, Stars, Population Health, Value-based care experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience/certification in lieu; relevant certifications (CPHQ, CPC, CRC, etc.) a plus
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
Strong critical thinking & attention to detail; ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Advanced experience in creating presentations and presenting to leaders from VP to C-Suite
Experience working in a matrixed environment
How much should I expect to travel?
Less than 20%
