Job Description : I am looking for part time help with a rapidly expanding property acquisition company. I need someone familiar with book keeping and accounting to make sure the rental properties I am buying are profitable and being watched over by the local property management company in the other states. Mainly I need someone to report to me weekly what is going on with the rentals and watch for issues like high utility bills, prolonged vacancies, unusually high renovation costs, etc
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Accounting: 1 year (Required)
GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
