Position : Residential Manager for Disabled Individuals
Job Description : At North Eastern Services, we change the lives of individuals with disabilities. I’m serious, we. are. changing. lives. We help individuals grow in every way possible and become more independent, teach them valuable life skills they may not have learned otherwise, and show them what it means to be loved and cared for.
As a Residential Manager, you become “family” to not only these individuals, but to our company as well. You work in a home with two to four disabled individuals and your job is to keep the home running smoothly while making sure all of the clients’ needs are met. You manage staff, shop for groceries, take clients to appointments, manage their finances, and so much more. Above everything else though, you become the person these individuals look forward to seeing more than anyone else, and THAT is what makes this job all worth it.
We fully train you with everything you need to know before you begin managing a home. All training is paid.
An ideal candidate for this position will be able to follow schedules and treatment plans, provide excellent care, and display reliability, excellent communication skills and positive attitudes.

Manager requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Be able to pass a full criminal background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid ID or Driver’s license and Social Security for background.
Be able to pass a Motor Vehicle report and provide vehicle registration and insurance card.
Basic Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and the happiness of the clients.
Setting schedules for employee’s and medical appointments for clients
Teach activities of daily living to improve their knowledge, skills and abilities.
Planning menus that follow dietary guidelines.
Daily documentation/Medication administration
Assisting with medical needs for each individual.
Encourage and assist clients to have a clean environment and healthy lifestyle.

Schedules:
Sunday-Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm (Female home only)
Sunday-Saturday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Schedules can vary significantly and will be discussed during interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
