About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Support Team Manager to lead both our sales representatives and customer support representatives. The ultimate goal for this role is to maximize our sales as well as ensure world-class customer service.
Responsibilities Include:

Increase sales through motivating and coaching sales team members
Support sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Lead new initiatives to increase sales
Promote the entire range of Cozymeal’s services and the Cozymeal brand to the target market
Handle sales requests yourself, if needed
Ensure world-class customer service through motivating and coaching the customer service team
Ensure KPIs are met for both sales and customer service teams

Requirements Include:

At least 5+ years of work experience in sales
At least 3+ years experience managing a team
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong number skills and ability to analyze sales and customer support data and draw conclusions for the business
Strong background in outbound sales

Hours: This will be a full-time role working from 9am to 6pm
