Description & Qualifications

Sales Rep will be responsible for the following tasks, to be paid commissions as arranged.

Description:

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Contact prospective builder and homeowners

2. Submit proposals/estimates

3. Acquire needed payments

4. Report to- Sales Manager

5. Meetings- Attend weekly sales meeting

Meetings include Weekly Sales Meeting & periodic company meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Any sales experience

2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

3. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Highly self-motivated

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email

8. Forward thinking

9. Able to maintain exceptional customer relations

10. Understanding and promoting company programs

11. Maintain knowledge on new product offerings

12. Able to work in a fast paced environment

13. Ability to deliver on deadlines

14. A commitment to excellent customer service

15. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

16. Able to quickly build a rapport with both clients and suppliers

17. Experience with computers and company technology

18. Skilled in measuring job sites

19. Great persuasive and negotiation skills

Compensation: Paid a percentage of sales team contract revenue- average $75k-$125K annually plus other bonuses and incentives as implemented.
