Job Description : The Carrus People team is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, sales recruiter who loves finding top talent and has a natural competitive drive.. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to accomplish hiring goals, directly impacting the success of our organization. Your passion for the CareerStep mission will entice candidates during your phone interviews to join the mission of changing our learner’s lives in the healthcare industry!
60% Recruiting

Manage job postings and sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our sales department
Review applicants in ATS, conduct phone screens, and set up manager interviews for various sales positions
Develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct New Hire Onboarding and all preparatory activities
Provide an excellent candidate experience by building relationships with applicants while championing the Carrus sales process and role.
Build trusted partnerships with sales management to achieve hiring goals
Manage social media strategy and referral incentives

30% Business Partner

Adopt the sales team methodology to support in performance plans and hiring profiles
Be “in the know” to support changes on the sales floor around communication and execution
Schedule and track completion on new hire trainings e.g. knowledge checks
Schedule leadership with new hire training
Schedule and attend new hire forums.

10% Administrative

Sending out compliance quizzes to needed population, tracking completions and results, and reporting out to Managers.
Updating all compensation or policy documents

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

3+ years sales recruiting experience
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
Familiar with sales recruiting or methodology
Competitive drive and strong work ethic with an ambitious “whatever it takes” attitude
