Job Description : Detroit-based City Shield Security Services is hiring security officers to work at a luxury retailer in Troy, MI. Current or retired law enforcement officers are preferred for this position, but select military personnel will also be considered. This is an unarmed position.Responsibilities: Patrol the location and maintain a safe environment.Monitor the area for emerging threats, heavy foot traffic, or disruptive persons.Enforce social distancing protocols and line spacing when required.React to situations appropriately and provided written communication and verbal updates regarding any incidents.Requirements: Must be current or retired law enforcement in good standing, or select military personnel to work this account.Must be willing and able to patrol the area on foot for an eight hour shift.Must be comfortable interacting with the public and addressing the needs of the retailers we serve at this account.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceProfessional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Law enforcement: 5 years (Required)Security: 5 years (Required)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
