Job Description : Maintain dealership flat rate guide

Evaluate and combine current versions of flat rate guide
Organize and lead project to create ONE guide
Monthly review of work order flat rate variance reports to identify consistent issue
Evaluate best practice repairs to optimize customer value and dealership labor GP

Rebuild Reconciliation

Review completed rebuild repairs for proper parts utilization and labor by segment
Lay the groundwork for standard job development

General Repair Reconciliation

Review labor & parts required for stand job development

Review new machine models and adjust for parts requirements and/or labor adjustment
Work with shop supervisors and leads on repair analysis and best practices
Work with Caterpillar service data department
