Job Description : Duties

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of systems in support of Medicaid and CHIP program needs as identified by CMCS management.
Manage the product development and execution with the product managers, exercises influence across teams and stakeholders, fosters transparency across the team, and encourages collaboration to achieve goals.
Lead multi-disciplined resources and product managers in digital product development, service design, content strategy and large data analytics for the Medicaid and CHIP project.
Evaluate the performance of subordinate employees including team leaders and technical directors.
Maintain and build awareness of the end-user experience across all MACBIS products and applies a consultative approach to identifying and satisfying stakeholder needs.

In order to qualify for the GS-15, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1)Leading a set of digital product teams, setting a vision and strategic direction for a broad product portfolio, using goal-setting frameworks (such as Objectives and Key Results); 2)Coaching staff in outcomes-driven product development, applying agile and human-centered design methodologies; 3)Communicating to a diverse audience of leadership and stakeholders articulating business value, scope and timing trade-offs, and product opportunities for further investment; and 4)Overseeing the development of data-driven products, such as data analytic products, data ingestion products, or similar.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
