Job Description
In-house, our Support Specialists are referred to as Red Carpet Specialists, because they specialize in our all-in-one seamless solution software, helping to address our client’s needs. A typical day will involve answering phones for 90% of your shift, helping to educate, mentor and coach each property owner that calls in. You will be the face of ResNexus, the first contact that these innkeepers and property owners have. They will look to you to help guide them with their business, helping to run their software both efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
– Full time and willing to be a team player by working at work, not at home.
– Previous technical customer training and support.
– Proficient with computers (Word, Internet, email, etc.). 60 – 80 WPM.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; You will spend most of your day on the phone or replying to emails.
– Well organized and able to multitask; Servicing hundreds of accounts is often a juggling act from answering the phones and emails to scheduling training times. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential.
– Able to work well under pressure; With high call volumes and the occasional upset clients, you must be able to reduce tension and solve problems.
– Available to work on site in Salem, Utah.
Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent – Required
– A four-year degree is a plus.
