Job Description : Your field of responsibility
As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
Evaluating and Approving new customer account documentations and supporting information in order to determine whether they satisfy the client on-boarding identification requirements as per Credit Suisse policies and procedures
Conduct the background screening on the Client name & other officials’ names using tools such as World Check/Ripjar
Interact with First line of defense to ensure that proper account documentation is acquired from the customer prior to approving client on boarding
Interface with and provide support to the firm’s international and domestic Client on-boarding, Compliance Operations and Anti-Money Laundering and Operations groups
Reviews and Approvals of Static Data Amendments for existing customer accounts
Assist in preparing of Monthly / Daily Management Statistics and Dashboard
Conduct reviews of existing clients for status, data veracity and amendments, status, country of incorporation and assign appropriate risk classification
Ensuring valid and accurate data is captured in Compliance Operations SharePoint
Assist with Compliance Operations Ad-hoc projects / tasks.

Your skills and experience
This role requires excellent analytical skills and organizational skills with good verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of Compliance experience in a comparable role in the banking industry or related work experience with a regulatory body
Prior experience in a similar position in an international environment preferably in a financial services or regulated industry
Training experience and/or Compliance or other risk and control function experience is highly
Desirable
Deeply detailed oriented, with excellent follow-up capabilities
Very good interpersonal and organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to short term changes
Proactive approach, willing to suggest and develop new ideas
In-depth knowledge of the banking and regulatory environment as well as corresponding regulatory notices and guidelines in US & UK
Investment Banking and Private banking experience desirable
Experience in coordinating and managing a highly effective compliance function in a financial services industry
Strong writing, analytical, research and communication skills and be able to multi-task and complete projects on time
Excellent partner management, strong communication and organizational skills a must, ability to multi-task competing priorities whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to collaborate effectively with partners in the bank, including other risk and control functions, front office and other members of the Compliance team regionally and globally
Proficient Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work in UK shift
