Job Description : Help Desk Agent
Keystone Enterprise Services is looking for an exceptional person to join our Technical Services Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Help Desk Agent is a key member of our Technical Services Team. Your daily activities will involve the configuration, installation and troubleshooting of digital signage projects, as well as other projects in the Audio-Video technology scope. This is a busy position which requires the ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly. A proactive and positive attitude are key to this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Familiarity with computer operating systems
· Knowledge of and intuitive understanding of general computer hardware, including audio/video aspects
· Troubleshooting skills and an innate ability to understand problems and their sources
· Comfortable on the phone
· Highly Organized
· Comfortable in a fast-paced role
· Proactive and creative
· Flexible
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in a help desk or call center role a plus
· High School Diploma or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configuring and troubleshooting digital signage players
Proactive monitoring
Create and issue work orders
Remain flexible as a key member of a small team
Communicate professionally and effectively to team members, technicians and customers, even in stressful situations.
