Job Description:
seeking a Technical Systems Support Engineer to join our outstanding Technical Systems Support team, providing world class support to our growing list of enterprise customers. As our ideal candidate, you must be an energetic self-starter with a desire to learn new things quickly and a proven track record. You must have an enterprise software experience, with a focus on previously supporting security software, identity management and/or directory technologies (preferred).
Responsibilities

Provide post-sales phone and email support to Server Suite customers
Serve as technical expert for all Server Suite products
Work closely with Escalation Engineers to help replicate problems
Perform Technical Account Management (TAM) duties for Premium customers as needed
Resolve customer escalations and drive process/policy improvements through root cause analysis.
Build strong relationships with partner teams: engineering, technical operations, product management, and quality assurance.
Work closely with Sales Engineers & Consultants to ensure successful customer software deployments

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 year of experience supporting enterprise software products
BS degree or equivalent (BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering is a plus)
Hands-on experience in at least one of the most common UNIX platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX) and Windows Server platforms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP and directory technologies
Familiarity with CRM tools specifically Salesforce.com
