Job Details:

Take phone calls, listen to clients needs, assess budgets
Plan, research and quote vacation ideas
Use contracted suppliers to quote airfare, transportation, hotels, cruises, sporting events and concerts
Put together a quote to present to clients via email and phone
Call to discuss, and book the vacation
Take payments, email receipts and itineraries to client
Follow through on making sure client has all travel arrangements and is happy.
