Job Description : The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for- • End to end delivery of all design projects, starting at interacting with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analysing available data & information to conceptualise and conceive the best possible design. The role requires delivering flawless execution and ability to convert the ideas of our users into great products and features.
• Building strong consumer empathy to understand underlying human needs, motivations & struggles
• Translate user research into jobs to be done
• Convert abstract product requirements into understandable story boards
• Contributing to brainstorms and concept meetings to develop user-centered designs.
• Providing effective and efficient information architecture, user flows and screens structures.
• Translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences, for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver assets and specs.
• Ensuring the quality of the end product.
• Have a passion for Users research – both preliminary research and usability testing.
• 3-6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in designing consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Mastery of standard design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
• Excellent knowledge of emerging UX and visual design trends.
• Experience in creating surveys, conducting users interviews and usability testing.
• Understanding of user-centered and responsive design.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
