Responsibilities:
· Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, industrial complex or at construction sites.
· Perform patrols around the perimeter.
· Check all personnel entering facilities.
· Log in all visitors, vehicles and vendors.
· Issue visitor badges as required.
· Maintain security, visitor logs and other records.
· Administer access control over vehicles entering garages or other parking structures
· Operate a hand-held radio, cell phone or other communication devices as needed

Requirements:
Basics:

Identify employees and other authorized personnel entering the bank’s building or departments.
Screen visitors, maintenance/construction workers, vendors, couriers, and other personnel by confirming their entry is authorized.
Ensure property passes or other authorization accompanies personnel leaving with equipment or packages.
Respond to emergency conditions within assigned building or department and take corrective actions at the direction of supervisors.
Enforce all post orders respective to the assignment and conform to the articles covered in the general orders.
Assist customers, employees, visitors, emergency responders, and others as required.
Prepare incident reports detailing all information and actions taken to address conditions or emergencies.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 21 years of age at the time of hire.
Demonstrate ability to read, write, and converse clearly in English.
Customer focused and practice good telephone skills.
Minimum education of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 1 year of prior Security experience. Prior law enforcement or military experience may substitute for previous security experience.
