Position Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who understands general warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and the importance of inventory accuracy. This position works with team members to primarily accomplish fulfilling orders (picking and packing).

If you have experience picking, packing, invoicing, and restocking, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, great communication skills, and enjoys working with a team

HOURS: Full-time positions are M-F between 7:30 AM – 5 PM. But, we have part-time positions, too! Part-time is 25-29 hours/week; M-F between 8 AM – 5 PM (5-6 hour shifts/day; with some flexibility).

Duties and Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and timely
Unload shipments upon arrival
Assist in restocking and replenishment
Prepare/complete necessary paperwork as required
Work with team to ensure inventory accuracy
Help maintain a clean, debris-free, organized warehouse

Qualifications

Minimum two years warehouse experience preferred
Close attention to details and strong organizational skills
Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency
Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.)
Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
Able to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
Positive, energetic attitude
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of ARL Inc.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
Must be able to lift and move boxes over 50 pounds frequently
Repetitive use of hands and wrists
