Job Description : Preferred Restaurant Group (PRG) is devoted to serving our guests, our communities, our brands and each other! We have some very exciting opportunities for like-minded individuals!
PRG is a franchisee of TACO JOHN’S and SLIM CHICKENS.
TACO JOHN’S: We have Taco John’s locations in Dickinson, Devils Lake, Grand Forks (2nd location coming soon), Minot (2 locations) and Williston, ND; Havre, Helena and Kalispell, Montana; St. Joseph (3 locations) and Maryville, Missouri; and Marion, Illinois.
SLIM CHICKENS: We are developing Slim Chickens in every major city across North Dakota and Montana. We currently have restaurants in Minot, ND and Helena, MT. Williston and Fargo, ND will be opening soon, and Great Falls, MT will be breaking ground this fall!
PRG believes in a healthy family/work balance. Our requirements promote such a lifestyle, and we encourage our leaders to create that balance in their lives. Our starting salary/bonus for General Managers ranges from $84,000 – $100,000 or more per year (depending on experience, restaurant location, restaurant sales volume, etc.). We offer major medical/dental/vision benefits, profit sharing, 100% matching retirement plan, a company paid trip for 2 to our annual leadership conference, and much more! Our Assistant General Managers, and Managers-In-Training, start at $50,000 – $55,000 or more per year plus benefits.
