DESCRIPTION

We have an immediate need for subcontractors experienced in working with property management companies, investment properties and NTEs for single family rentals. 1099 work for ongoing maintenance jobs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Appliance repair
Cleaning
Licensed HVAC
Painting
Handyman
Electrician (minor and licensed)
Plumber (minor and licensed)
Landscaping
Pest Control
Carpet Cleaning
Garage Door Repair
Trash Out
Roof Repair

PAY RATE
$40-$60/hour. Subject to change based on client and work order

REQUIREMENTS
MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), be able to pass a background check, Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add Lessen as an additional insurer.
