Position : A/R Adviser / Lead Customer Service

Job Description : Manpower in partnership with global office in Loveland, CO is looking for an experienced A/R Adviser / Lead Customer Service associated for long term contract position. This will be a long term contract position and is fully remote BUT YOU MUST RESIDE IN COLORADO ! Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $25 – $40/hour depending on experience level Looking for someone who has previous Customer service lead/supervisor preferably with some AR knowledge and SAP Duties:

Must have strong CSR skills and ability to work with a variety of communication tools (phone, email, updates in internal software system)
Must be able to learn the products/services company offers (this is an agricultural product/services organization)
SAP and A/R experience a huge plus
Customer service documentation
Inbound calls from clients, retailers, and branches
