Job Description : Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
Soar is hiring for a full-time Scheduling Manager to lead client and team member scheduling across our Colorado region. This is a unique opportunity to both support the growth of new clinics, and engage in meaningful work that supports our team and clients on day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
The role is a good fit for a candidate who likes solving complex scheduling puzzles, is highly organized and detail-oriented, is motived by working with people and supporting their success, and is mission-driven about helping young children with autism spectrum disorder.
Specific responsibilities will include:Proactive Scheduling
Work with our senior clinicians to determine ideal schedules for new clients being onboarded to each clinic
Be responsible for ensuring all clients are scheduled to their clinical recommendation that’s been agreed upon by the family and clinical team
Build schedules that balance clinician recommendations and family needs
Work with partner clinicians, RBT trainers, and people team to identify and manage scheduling needs for each center
Make long-term changes to employees’ schedules to ensure sustainability and fit their changing needs (e.g., if an employee is going back to school)
Lead planning and ensure preparedness for yearly changes in the schedule (e.g., winter holidays, back-to-school, summer holidays), including gathering input from employees and clients to develop a plan
Help our senior leadership team make decisions on scheduling policies and processes to ensure the success of our centers
Day-to-Day Scheduling
Manage and triage inbound calls notifying team about unplanned absences for clients and staff
Make daily scheduling changes to accommodate those absences
Communicate daily changes to the team
Ensure each week’s and day’s schedules are accurate and complete
Build strong relationships with all clinical team members to support the implementation of scheduling needs and requests
This role will directly report to the Senior Director of Operations, and will also work closely with the three clinic office managers in the Denver metro area.
Qualifications
Completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree
Prefer 3-5+ years of experience in the healthcare provider space, but would consider alternative backgrounds that demonstrate a similar skillset
Minimum 1 year of experience in complex scheduling, preferably at an ABA provider
Experience with scheduling systems, preferably Central Reach

This is a salaried, exempt role with full health, dental, and vision benefits; retirement contribution; and PTO/sick days. Successful employees will have opportunity to grow into larger roles around overseeing scheduling operations in a larger numbers of clinics.
