JOB SUMMARY
The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing direct team support, fulfilling administrative needs and assisting in the successful implementation of project deliverables. They will also help manage the day to day execution of client initiatives by ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital projects/campaigns that meet clients needs and objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage, review and coordinate project elements to ensure smooth, timely and accurate project execution within established timelines and budgets.
Coordinate multiple projects at a time, using our task management platform.
Participate in project quoting, track and adjust budgets.
Manage scopes of work and proactively alert team to projects that are progressing beyond original scope.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
Draft preliminary project briefs and help run internal kick off meetings.
Prepare lessons-learned documents and share learnings with team members.
Draft and upload documents for client and external regulatory review.
Assist the assigned client team with new and existing client relationships, providing customer support, marketing consultation and client satisfaction measurement.
Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal teams on client deliverables
Participate and collaborate in departmental and organizational continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
In addition to the above, the Account Coordinator will assist the core account team in the execution of all tactical projects and any other account group activity including brainstorming sessions, briefing meetings, status updates, or strategic planning sessions as deemed appropriate by the account team leader.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Communications, Marketing/Business or Science
EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and KEY COMPETENCIES
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and prior experience working in a customer service role
Demonstrated ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
Exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management skills
Assets:
Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace (G Suite), etc.
Knowledge of project management tools such as, but not limited to ClickUp, Harvest and Slack
Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and/or other conference meeting tools
Knowledge and passion for digital marketing
