Run product demos via screen-share to understand potential customers’ unmet needs and show how Team Engine helps customers solve similar problems.
Mentor a team of outbound BDRs to generate qualfied meetings.
Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Team Engine’s rapidly expanding product, our competitors, target markets and use-cases.
Play a key role building and shaping a fast-growing company by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date picture of your sales pipeline and record of all activities.

What it takes to be successful:

Proven, successful B2B software sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone who wants to positively impact hard-working businesses AND be part of a winning team
Experience as an outbound BDR or other outbound prospecting role
Highly coachable, self-motivated, tenacious and organized
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
