Our team is now expanding our staffing services to provide quality healthcare services to Hospitals and Long Term Care facilities across Ontario and are in need of a full time Account Manager to assist us with this growth!THE POSITIONHCP is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing healthcare technology sales team. The successful individual will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads and opportunities for our Healthcare solution, including warm and cold outreach via phone, email and text, going through a full sales cycle, and closing. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a transforming industry and play a critical role in driving our continued success.Here is what the job entails:Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.Maintaining a database of contact information.Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.Handling complaints and negotiations.Account Manager Requirements:University or College degree.The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.Strong time management skills.Computer skills, especially and CRM software.Here is what we are looking for:Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales careerPrevious sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)A track record of high achievementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be betterThe desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goalsThe technical aptitude to master our sales toolsFamiliarity with MS Excel and the ability to analyze spreadsheets and chartsSound understanding of sales performance metricsThe ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basisA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldCandidates must be eligible to work for a Canadian company, provide a clear criminal background check and show proof of Vaccination for Covid-19.$60-$65K base with a $120,000 OTE.
