Job Description : ** EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a remote position. You may reside anywhere in Canada (between EST or PST time zones). Please do not apply for this role, if you do not live in Canada. Native fluency in English is required for this role.

As an integral part of the sales team, you will be helping event organizers choose the right products and services for their unique needs and become a trusted advisor to them for all their event technology needs.

As an Account Manager at EventMobi, you will be the primary owner of the relationship with our clients. Working closely with the Event Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that EventMobi helps all our customers create amazing virtual, in-person and hybrid events.
YOU WILL:

Connect with 15-20 of our customers daily in order to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Follow our automated Account Management CRM workflow to ensure prioritized regularly scheduled touchpoints with all your assigned customers.
Have a metrics focused performance management system in place to ensure your success.
Become a trusted advisor to hundreds of event planners across North America.
YOU HAVE:

3-5 yrs experience in technology sales.
Prior inside-sales or customer service experience.
A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Unbeatable listening skills. It’s one thing to talk, it’s another to listen. You will need to hone in on what the customer is truly asking for, and be able to reflect back.
Extensively worked within CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
Obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
YOU ARE:

Passionate and persistent.
An outstanding communicator. You will be connecting with customers constantly. You will need to be well-spoken and meticulous in your email communications.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment – a private and quiet workspace is vital for doing your best work!
You have a reliable WiFi internet connection: minimum 30Mbps up/down and the ability to wire directly to your router.
