Job Description : Maintains customer & vendors master filesReceives and enters payments into customer financial accountsPrepare EFT/checks to ensure vendor payments are scheduled on timeComplete all credit card transactions and cash payment documentationContact customer accounts that are due or overdue to facilitate the paymentPerforms all AP functions including matching packing slips, purchase orders and invoices, checking costs, quantities and extensions.Implement sound accounting practices regarding accounts payable and accounts receivableCompletes other tasks relevant to the job as requested by Manager and the President.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental carePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsCOVID-19 considerations:COVID-19 considerations:Common surfaces are sanitized regularly, temperature checks and covid screening everyday morning upon arrival , employees within the building are expected to wear masks and curbside pickup only for customers.Experience:accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)Accounts Receivable Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
