We are seeking a full-time Accounting Tech I to join our Accounting team at the Palmer Building
In this position you will:
Sort incoming mail/invoices/payments
Batch mail and EFT payments according to department policies
Prepare daily deposit and self-balances between Run Sheets and Daily Deposit
Reconciles various accounts as assigned
Processes cash bags according to department policies
Prepare weekly physical deposit
Maintains adequate records of petty cash
Completes monthly bank reconciliations
Provides assistance to support personnel

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
