Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities1. Over 2 years work experience relevant to accounting2. Must have worked on Sales & Purchase Bills Booking in Tally3. Handle Bank Reconciliation4. Manage Inventory Recording in TALLY5. Have basic Working knowledge of TDS and GST required6. Must have good Excel Skills7. Have good Communication skills, should be able to communicate in English8. Book-keeping of Sale, Purchase & Journal entries.9. Handing timely payment of vendors, insurance, mobile bills, electricity, water bill, credit card bills.10. Handling of all bank related work.11. Handling everyday petty cash transitions.12. Preparing MIS on monthly basis.13. Verifying PF, ESIC working.14. PT working & Payment.16. MLWF Payment.17. Advance Tax Working & Payment.18. Scrutiny of all accounts on monthly basis.19. GST working, payment & preparing GST return data.20. Handling TDS working, payment & preparing Quarterly return data.21. Employee’s Income Tax calculations.22. Monitoring timely of statutory payment & returns.23. Preparing audit related data.24. Preparing provisional Balance Sheet under the guidance of account manager.25. Co – Ordinate with CA team for the finalization of accounts.26. Preparing documents for ROC annual filing.27. Helping in Salary preparation and processing.28.
