Job Description : All Routes Logistics Inc. is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator + Accounts associate to join our expanding team based out of Mississauga, Ontario.***Candidate MUST have Logistics/Transportation experience AND Fleet Manager Software experience is a must in order to be qualified for this position.***Responsibilities: Billing Coordinator: Managing all invoicing processes. Invoicing customers on a daily basis.Knowledge of POD’s (Proof of Delivery) and BOL’s (Bill of Lading)Talking to drivers on a daily basisBasic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.Daily phone calls/emails to customers for accounts receivables, making notes, and keeping trackClearing payments and entering cheques in appropriate deposit booksAnswer calls and transfer to appropriate internal persons.Able to work in a fast-paced environmentProblem SolvingMaintains filing and maintenance of documentsAny other job function as requiredAble to handle large volume of invoices on a daily basisThis position requires a successful candidate to be able to effectively use their calendar and follow up with customers on a regular basis regarding many different accountsAccounts Receivables: Maintain AR spreadsheetsCollect on overdue accounts.Make decisions regarding adjustments and customer agreementsProvide copies of customer statements, invoices and credit notes to customers as requiredReceive mail/separate checksPlease apply by sending your resume through indeed!Thank you for applying!All Routes Logistics HRJob Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$30.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:All Routes Logistics follow of Provincial and Federal Covid-19 mandates and provides a safe working environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:Extended health careSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mississauga, ON L5T 1E7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:accounts payable: 1 year (required)transportation: 1 year (required)fleet manager software: 1 year (required)driver payroll: 1 year (required)
